The Altum Group performs a full array of Survey and Mapping efforts, from legal description interpretation, boundary retracement and establishment to development and design services, including photogrammetry control topography, construction staking, layouts, as-builts, and monitoring. Our Land Surveyors are professional licensed and trained in all aspects of their trade.
The Altum Group has a staff fully experienced in all aspects of construction staking, from the preparation of the data input for the points to be set, together with the cut-sheets and contractor interface. Altum’s staff is experienced in construction staking for all kinds of projects, including renewable energy, streets, utilities, bridges, buildings, and parking lots.
Altum’s Mapping Department is well experienced in the computation and drafting effort of preparing plans and exhibits to document the results of all levels of survey work.
