ERB & Associates was created 48 years ago as a multi-disciplined firm providing professional services in the fields of planning, surveying, civil engineering, and environmental reporting. In 2017, ERB joined The Altum Group as a division overseeing projects in the San Diego region. Beginning in 2020, all work will be transitioning to The Altum Group name to provide a uniform approach in serving our clients. 

 

​ERB has completed more than 2,000 projects ranging in size from single lots to more than 1,000 acres. This extensive experience includes government, commercial, industrial, and single/multi-family housing projects. With this transition to The Altum Group, clients can expect the same level of service and attention to detail that ERB provided on each and every task.

  • Mapping of property boundaries, site topology, restraints, and easements.

  • Environmental reports and mitigation plans.

  • Conceptual and final grading and drainage plans (SWQMP, SWPPP).

  • Site plan Zoning setbacks, access, drainage patterns, property lines and adjacent public/private roads.

  • The overhead or underground locations of water, sewer, power, cable television easements, leach field areas, structures.

  • Final project plans and bid documents.

  • Construction surveying.

  • Record (as-built) drawings.
